ReactaCure - Reactive Adhesives

AdCo ReactaCure is a range of chemically reactive basedadhesives, that either come as one part or 2 part systems. The AdCo Reactive range includes structural acrylics, epoxies, polyurethanes, MS Polymers and UV curing adhesive systems, that are widely used throughout the construction, aviation, automotive and plastics industry.

Structural Acrylics

Structural acrylics were developed for demanding applications that require high tensile, shear and peel strength as well as maximum shock and impact resistance. They offer fast fixture and cure at room temperature providing a solution to the continuous demands for increased line speeds while decreasing the manufacturing costs that are associated with heat curing. They are suitable for bonding a wide variety of substrates offering great material selection, bonding materials such as metals, glass and composites plastics.

Epoxy Resins

2-part epoxy adhesives are suitable for bonding a wide variety of materials. They are available with a range of different cure speeds to suit. Epoxies have been developed to offer a high standard of performance for demanding bonding applications.

PU Adhesives

Polyurethane adhesives form a strong, durable, water resistant bond to most building substrates including wood materials, metals, plasterboard and plastics. The adhesive has gap filling properties and is ideal for a variety of applications both inside and out.

MS Polymer Adhesives

MS Polymers represent some of the latest advances in adhesive and sealants technology with both single and/or dual components reactive technology. MS Polymers combine the best features of both silicone and polyurethanes and bring to the market user friendly formulations that can be used without concerns of handling. MS Polymers maximises the benefits of the technology giving enhanced adhesion to a wide range of materials with stronger bonds and faster cure cycles enabling speedier work turn around.

UV Curing Adhesives

UV Light Curable Adhesives are single part, solvent-free, cure on demand adhesives suitable for a wide range of applications. Upon exposure to UV light of the proper intensity and spectral output, these products rapidly cure to form excellent bonds to a wide variety of substrates such as metals, glass and most plastics.
